Coach of CSKA Moscow, Leonid Slutsky, has recently revealed that Ahmed Musa is departing the club to move to the Premier League, with champions Leicester City a possible destination.
Leicester has previously been linked with a move for the pacy Super Eagles winger in January but he has also been rumoured to be on his way to West Ham and Southampton.
Musa has been playing in Moscow since 2012 and he enjoyed his most prolific season in front of goal in 2015-16, scoring 13 goals in 29 Russian Premier League outings.
According to Russian media on Sunday, Slutsky was quoted to have said:
“He’ll be leaving Tuesday, And if you look at the way things are done over there you’ll see he is a player just made for English football.” Claudio Ranieri has been busy in the transfer market since Leicester won the Premier League for the first time in May.
